When booking, a deposit of 25% of the total price is requested by bank transfer or credit card within 7 days. You can pay the remaining amount directly on site on arrival in cash or by credit card.

Check-out: The chalets/apartments must be returned by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure
Dogs are welcome here. There is a one-off pet cleaning fee of € 75.00.
We take the liberty of accepting a deposit of € 100 in cash or by credit card reservation on arrival. The deposit will be returned to our guests immediately after successful handover of the chalet / apartment at check-out.
Your booking can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
Cancellations from 30 days before arrival, no-show or if you leave before the planned departure date, 100% of the total price must be paid.
You will receive the Tauern Spa Best Friends card directly at check-in or it will be waiting for you in your chalet/apartment. This is free of charge and you can use it to visit the Tauern Spa as often as you like during your stay with us.
Get your digital route planner, which will take you to your next desired destination by public transport, car, bike or on foot. Stay informed about current opening times, weather conditions and all the must-see sights, sports facilities and restaurants.
From the Dorfchalets Kaprun you can easily reach the most important stores such as the Neumair department store, the local pharmacy & our local bakery Katschner Brot & mehr on foot.
Other retailers such as Billa & Spar can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
