Standard rate: This rate can be canceled or rebooked free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellations from 30 days before arrival, no show or if you leave before the planned departure date, 100% of the total price must be paid.
Check-in: We ask our guests to arrive from 13:00 and to inform us briefly of their planned arrival time.
Check-out: The chalets/apartments must be returned by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure
We take the liberty of accepting a deposit of € 100 in cash or by credit card reservation on arrival. The deposit will be returned to our guests immediately after successful handover of the chalet / apartment at check-out.
