A small but beautiful wildlife park that brings us closer to the local wildlife with a small amusement park attached.

Right at the beginning you come to the game enclosure, if you have food with you (available at the ticket office), they are also quite trusting.
It’s a little more difficult with the rabbits, who prefer fresh food from the meadow. You go past the bison and wild boar to the petting animals (donkeys, goats etc.) and from there you can make the ascent to the large game enclosure. This is closed during the rutting season.
The goats in particular sometimes run around freely and are a little greedy, which means that children should not have any food in their hands … then it’s on to the large bear and wolf enclosure, the highlight for many, via eagle owls and snowy owls, marmots and much more.
The lynx enclosure, where you can often admire the young, is hidden at the very back.
If you still haven’t had enough afterwards, you can let off steam in the amusement park, everything is quite child-friendly … From the bouncy castle to the coin-operated excavator and the tire slides, most of the attractions here require 1 euro to enter, but there are change machines on site. If you get hungry, you can enjoy a hearty meal in the restaurant afterwards.
The Ferleiten Wildlife Park is therefore a real highlight for children and is well worth a visit.
