Schmittenhöhe

& Schmidolin's baptism of fire

Getting children to go hiking is always one of those things … Schmidolin’s children’s hiking trail on the Schmittenhöhe is a clear recommendation here.

  • Child-friendly (from approx. 3 years)
  • In the forest & perfect on hot days
  • Pleasure destination

There are numerous stations with fun tasks for the children and you can usually see from one station to the next, which of course encourages them to keep going … because they want to know what comes next. There are 3 rounds depending on age. However, we would recommend a Kraxe rather than a baby carriage for small children.

The Areit Lounge at the Areit middle station is also highly recommended: great views and great food…playground next to it, what more could you want 😉

Have fun!

Relaxed Christmas time in the Dorfchalets

Then off to the Tauernspa, as admission to the sauna and water world is included once per day and person in your stay in the village chalets. Here you can revitalize your tired bones and recover from the day’s skiing to be fit again for the next adventure.
