village chalets is the Maiskogel &#8211; Kaprun&#8217;s local mountain: a good choice even in mediocre weather, with good clothing nothing can stop you and toilets await the children. For an extra charge, you could also take the K3 from here to the Kitzsteinhorn. However, we usually stay on the Maiskogel and the path to the Unterbergalm is an easy (dog and pram-friendly) hike.
